Kathy Suter presenting “Breathe, Relax, Enjoy”
Stress is what you feel when life’s demands exceed your ability to meet those demands. It can be physical, psychological and social. Learn how our bodies react to stress, what causes stress, and how to deal with it. Learn to cope with and reduce your stress level…just in time for the holidays.
Kathy Suter is a registered nurse. She’s been in nursing for 33 years. She has worked in long-term care for many years, both as a caregiver and in administration. Over the past four years Kathy has been at Williamson Hughes Pharmacy in an educational capacity, as well as assisting mastectomy patients, doing diabetic education and hormone counseling. She does screenings, flu shots and some marketing for the business.
Kathy lives in Harrisonburg with her husband Perry. Between them, they have six grown
children and 11 grandchildren (with 2 more on the way!). Her free time (what free time?) is spent kayaking, biking, traveling, sewing and reading.
Kathy always gives a lively presentation. This is one you certainly won’t want to miss.
